Sunday Fruit Breakfast
Banana Milkshake and PapayaI read somewhere that to reap the real benifits of fruit, it should be eaten first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. Since anyways I wouldn't be following that religiously, I just tried that once on sunday. It was fun :)

Hey Supriya...this fruity breakfast looks great..so refreshing and healthy! wish you had made somethign with peaches, then I could ask you to send it over the AFAM-Peach event that I'm hosting this month..well, there's never too late..pls see if you have some time to make something "peachy":)
I really like Banana Shake a lot but seldom make it coz hubby is totally averse to them.
