Roasted Veggies Salad



I roasted all the veggies on the gas stove top. Plums, zucchini, red bell pepper, beans harikot, yellow chillies (de-seeded) and leeks. Diced them all, poured a dejon mustard & malt vinegar dressing and sprinkled roasted seseme seeds on top. Served on a bed of lettuce.
The result was spectacular. A must try!
