Yogurt Sauce on Steamed Veggies

I saw this video on FoodNetwork website where Alton Brown shows how to make a yogurt sauce. At the moment I can only find the recipe and not the video.
I omitted the chicken broth in it and made my own broth using lemongrass. Also used a bit of basil too. Although I used a bit of tarragon, I didn't find it so nice.

There is a bed of lettuce. Whole lot of steamed veggies . Topped with the yogurt sauce.
